We are a central manufacturing digitization team that specializes in providing end to end "data services" for Bosch mobility electronics (ME division) in order to improve our business decision and its KPI's (ex. manufacturing usecases - IDC reduction, operational efficiency etc.,). As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a talented "Data science role" with expertise in SQL, math/Statistics, Data science methods (ML, deep learning & NN),GenAI, python for ML & visualization and Dashboarding (Tableau, PowerBI)

Primary responsibilities:                                             

• Collaborate with domain expertise/Stakeholders, understanding the usecase requirements clearly and the main key role is to come up with suitable data solutions for the requirements.
• Design, development and fine tuning of solutions by using various tools and techniques (generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Data science models – Predictive analytics with ML)
• Perform proper testing of developed solution together with domain expertise.
• Monitor model performance, identify anomalies, and fine-tune as needed
• Identify continuous improvement and innovation for developed solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards
• Create interactive and insightful data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor in engineering (Data Science)
• Work Experience: With 3~4 years of hands-on delivering data science & AI model solutions and Visualization Projects

Key Competencies-

• Development knowledge in SQL(Aggregations, Analytic functions, nested tables access etc.,)
• Need development expertise in Data science methods (EDA, ML methods and deep learning)
• Deep knowledge in math (statistics)
• Need development expertise in Python, tableau and PowerBI.
• Good knowledge in Hadoop is added advantage.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, bitbucket) and agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python (relevant libraries: numpy, pandas, pyspark)
• Experience with generative models (e.g., GPT-4, LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP)
• Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Machine Learning and Azure Open AI
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience in creating dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and self-Initiative, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.

Soft Skills:

• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to use extensively the latest IT communication tools ( Skype /MS TEAMS etc.)
• Decent Level in English as Business Language
