The Impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to analyze data, develop machine learning models, and generate insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, data visualization, and emerging Generative AI technologies.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Build, train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models for business use cases.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights.
- Prepare and transform data through cleaning, feature engineering, and quality checks.
- Apply statistical techniques and conduct A/B testing to measure business outcomes.
- Work with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS and Snowflake.
- Utilize Generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI practices are followed.
- Present findings and recommendations through clear data storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed for Success:
- Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
- Strong knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, and Clustering).
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Familiarity with GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLMs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
