Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Data & Analytics, you will lead data science, analytics and AI initiatives within Conagra’s Supply Chain, delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics that drive measurable business impact. As Manager, you will be a hands-on leader, responsible for developing data products and pipelines, analytics and ML models, deploying AI solutions, and guiding a team of data professionals to solve complex supply chain challenges.
Position Responsibilities:
Data Science & AI Leadership: Design and implement data products, machine learning models, predictive analytics, and optimization algorithms to improve supply chain performance. Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
Team Development & Coaching: Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts and Data Scientists. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Ensure alignment of team priorities with business objectives.
Analytics Product Ownership: Manage the lifecycle of AI and analytics products—from ideation to deployment and iteration. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure robust data pipelines, scalable models, and integration into decision-making processes.
Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with Supply Chain functional COE and leaders to embed analytics into planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics. Provide tools, dashboards, and insights that enable speed and agility.
Capability Building: Develop best practices, governance frameworks, and performance metrics for AI and analytics adoption. Promote reusability of data assets and models to accelerate delivery and reduce duplication.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or AI, with proven ability to deliver business impact.
Familiarity with supply chain processes and systems.
Coding skills in Python or R; experience with SQL, Databricks and Azure. Palantir or any decision cognitive intelligence tool development experience a plus.
Hands-on experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and large-scale data processing.
Simplify complex business concepts to technical requirements for business stakeholders.
Prioritization and project management skills to ensure resources focus on high-value initiatives.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
