We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer / Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong background in data visualization, analysis, and report generation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, develop compelling insights, and create actionable dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. What You Will Do:
Gather, aggregate, and manage data from various sources, including SQL databases, Oracle databases, SharePoint, flat files, and other structured or unstructured formats.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract, transform, and manipulate data.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide tailored, data-driven solutions.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data in all aggregation, analysis, and visualization activities.
Continuously improve data aggregation and visualization processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in data governance and quality initiatives to uphold high standards of data management.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

Experience in one or more of the following data visualization, report development, and business intelligence.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, or similar.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
Experience in SQL and/or Oracle databases for data extraction and manipulation.
Certification in data analytics, business intelligence, or related areas.
Experience with ETL processes and tools.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
