We're currently seeking a Data Researcher to join our Data Team and help proactively guide our business growth through the provision of strategic perspective, market insight, and experience with analytical tools and techniques. You will work closely with product managers, medical analysts, and the engineering team and bring your expert analytical ability to provide key insights, recognize key opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to improve data visibility and reporting in production environments
  • Implement AI-powered workflows for internal and external uses
  • Work with product, medical, and engineering teams to turn data into insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to identify opportunities for new features, model their impact, and drive performance improvements.
  • Analyze product performance, user behavior, and interactions to showcase product value.
  • Define, measure, and build monitoring tools for key KPIs.
  • Visualize insights clearly to improve understanding and decision-making.
  • Support roadmap planning by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Data Analyst/Researcher or a similar role (at least 3 years of experience as a data analyst/researcher or academic research experience in an analytical field) 
  • SQL and Python skills - at least 2 year of experience with data analysis libraries
  • Experience with dbt and data modeling in production environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and tools for data analysis and research.
  • Big data analytics experience - handling heavy data queries in an optimized environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong data visualization skills
  • Methodological approach for data analysis
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Presentation skills: Ability to present the data clearly to decision-makers and customers to efficiently support business decisions and marketing goals

Skills Required
