Our Data Research team in Cluj-Napoca with over 200 colleagues is looking for new Data Researchers to join us.

In this role, you will collect, verify, and analyze real estate property information such as year built, lot size, owners, tenants, listings, transactions, and financial or vacancy data. Most of the work is done online with some phone calls as well. It is a role where attention to detail, focus, and accuracy really make a difference.

We will support you with training, mentorship, and a clear growth path from Associate Researcher all the way to Senior Analyst.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, with a flexible start between 08:00–12:00.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

What you'll bring along:

• Secondary education (high school) with Baccalaureate Diploma;
• Very good English skills;
• Basic Excel knowledge is required;
• Fine attention to detail;
• Problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to understand how data relates to other fields/records and the ability to identify more complex issues;
• Very good communication and interaction skills;
• Ability to lead a professional conversation over the phone;
• Prior professional experience is not a must: we believe in your potential, so we offer you the chance to prove yourself;

What you'll do :

• Research official government websites to find specific information about the properties;
• Analyze official documents to extract information about the properties (sales, mortgages, loans);
• Add and link collected information to current business intelligence using internal tools.
• Call real estate professionals and property representatives across the US to validate or obtain new information;
