TRICOR is growing and looking to add a Data Reporting Specialist to our team. In this role, you’ll manage reporting requests, deliver recurring monthly reports, and help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your work directly supports leadership decision‑making across Sales, Operations, Finance, and more.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Manage and fulfill reporting requests through a centralized reporting queue.Prepare and distribute monthly recurring reports—including time‑sensitive reports on the 1st, 15th, and 25th.
  • Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filtering, etc.) to validate and manipulate data.
  • Analyze reporting outputs to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for
    • ​​​​​​​Data cleansing
    • Workflow improvements
    • Training or documentation
  • ​​​​​​​Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Auditing, and Leadership.
  • Maintain organized, audit‑ready storage of historical reports.
  • Support data quality by identifying and escalating issues within the AMS and integrated systems.
  • Follow and contribute to SOPs to ensure documentation stays accurate and current.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, nested formulas).
    • Experience analyzing and interpreting data.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
    • General business understanding; insurance knowledge is helpful but not required.
    • Power BI or Python experience is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Applied Systems EPIC is preferred but not required.
    • Occasional day travel to TRICOR locations may be required.
