Data & Reporting Analyst

We are expanding our Data & Reporting capability within Operations and are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst. We are open to Junior, Medior. Your level will be determined based on experience, ownership, and impact.
This role combines reporting, analytics, and operational performance improvement.
About the Role
Within the Operations domain, you will help ensure that performance is measurable, transparent, and actionable. You will work closely with Operations Managers and Finance, to develop dashboards, analyze trends, and improve reporting processes.
Depending on your level, your focus may range from maintaining dashboards and supporting analyses to leading complex reporting initiatives and shaping KPI governance.
What You Will Do
Reporting & Dashboarding
- Build, update, and optimize Power BI dashboards
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Ensure KPI consistency and alignment across stakeholders
- Safeguard data accuracy and reporting standards
Data Management & Analysis
- Extract, clean, and transform data (SQL, Excel)
- Perform data quality checks
- Conduct trend, variance, and root cause analyses
- Support or lead automation initiatives
Business Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies through data
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Support or drive process improvement initiatives
- Monitor impact of improvements on KPI performance
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations Managers on performance topics
- Maintaining data structure and participate governance
- Present insights clearly to management
Level Expectations
Junior (0–2 years experience)
- Maintain and update dashboards and routine reports
- Perform data quality checks
- Support senior analysts with ad-hoc reporting
- Learn reporting tools, KPI frameworks, and data structures
- Grow into independent dashboard ownership
- You are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
Medior (2–5 years experience)
- Independently develop and optimize dashboards
- Build and improve data models (Power BI, DAX)
- Write and optimize SQL queries
- Perform in-depth operational analyses
- Own reporting deliverables end-to-end
- Identify automation and efficiency improvements
- You take ownership and proactively improve reporting processes.
What You Bring
- Power BI experience (basic to advanced depending on level)
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to translate data into business actions
- Structured communication skills
- Ownership mindset
- Strong Excel skills
Optional but valuable:
- Python for analytics
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes
- Background in operational or financial reporting
