Summary:

The Data & Reporting Analyst supports the CCPN Finance Department by managing financial and compensation data for over 1,000 clinicians. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity, automating reporting workflows through Excel VBA and SQL, and providing actionable insights to leadership and practice managers to support month-end processes and strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or financial analysis

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Pivot, complex nested formulas, and graphing).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
