As a Data Registry Coordinator, you will identify patients for inclusion in the clinical registries through the application of strict inclusion/exclusion criteria and protocols.
A caregiver in this position works 7:00AM—4:00PM or 8:00AM – 5:00PM and will be working fully remote. Must live in Florida, Nevada, or Ohio.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Collect and validate data for the program using the applicable criteria and definitions established by the registry.

Establish and maintain adequate workflow for data collection.

Ensure the accurate and timely submission of data onto the program’s website.

Ensure the transmission of completed data according to the program’s targets and deadlines.

Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and report.
-
Collaborate with clinical departments/units on performance improvement initiatives.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
-
Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, or a related field
-
Three years of clinical experience or related research/registry experience
-
A diploma from an accredited school of nursing or a certification from an allied healthcare program and five years of experience in that field may substitute the education requirement
-
An associate's degree in science, healthcare or a related field and an additional two years of experience may substitute the bachelor's degree requirement
-
Familiarity with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license

Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN)
