As a Data Registry Coordinator, you will identify patients for inclusion in the clinical registries through the application of strict inclusion/exclusion criteria and protocols. 

 

A caregiver in this position works 7:00AM—4:00PM or 8:00AM – 5:00PM and will be working fully remote. Must live in Florida, Nevada, or Ohio.

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Collect and validate data for the program using the applicable criteria and definitions established by the registry. 

  • Establish and maintain adequate workflow for data collection. 

  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of data onto the program’s website.  

  • Ensure the transmission of completed data according to the program’s targets and deadlines.  

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and report.  

  • Collaborate with clinical departments/units on performance improvement initiatives. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, or a related field 

  • Three years of clinical experience or related research/registry experience  

  • A diploma from an accredited school of nursing or a certification from an allied healthcare program and five years of experience in that field may substitute the education requirement  

  • An associate's degree in science, healthcare or a related field and an additional two years of experience may substitute the bachelor's degree requirement 

  • Familiarity with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license 

  • Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
