Job Details
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Check and investigate to ensure delivery good data quality before releasing to clients.
- Define the problematic things and provide solutions to improve the data quality.
WHAT’D YOU DO:
Monthly data update - Data Sign off:
- Check and investigate to ensure delivery good data quality (at category level/ panels) before releasing to clients
- Foresee unexpected issue and propose solution
Data quality query/ issue solving:
- All data queries are kept track and solved in a timely manner (from both local and regional) following the process
- Work close to the relevant departments to solve data issue as well as improve the data accuracy
- Investigate and provide solution to improve data quality
Impact study - Analyze the impact of our actions on data:
- Actions on data quality
- Projects
- New methodology/ new coverage
Project/ PanelVoice data quality management:
- Check project database to ensure good data quality before releasing to clients
- Investigate if there is any data query about project
Universe update:
- Work close with manager to estimate Universe each year
Other responsibilities:
- Execute Data Quality Strategies as line manager instruction
- Support line manager on requests/ tasks
WHAT’D YOU BRING:
- Input requirement:
- University degree in related field
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate (speak/ read/ write) fluently
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, esp. Excel and PowerBI
- Programming language is preferred (SQL, R tool...)
- Require skills:
- Detailed, well-developed logical-thinking skills and analytical skills with a keen interest in working with data
- Problem solving skill
- Capability and experience:
- Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
- Ability to be self-motivated and independent as well as teamwork
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work closely across operational and commercial divisions.
