We're looking for the Data Quality Senior Specialist supports in establishing and steering data quality management at a global level. DQM collaborates with Data Quality Lead to define data quality rules, measurement and remediation for enterprise data. The Data Quality Specialist will work closely with data owners, stewards, IT teams, and business stakeholders to define and implement data quality rules, monitor compliance, and resolve issues that impact data-driven decision-making.

Supports DQM processes, such as definition of data analytics framework, reporting frequency, recipients and giving further support in the development of standardized processes for proactive data quality management, as well as required ETL cycles.
Contributes to define and establish KPIs, rules and target values
Supports in the measuring, analyzing, reporting and correcting data quality issues
Oversees root cause analysis for data quality issues, as well as execution of corrective measures
Supports the documentation of DQM guidelines, including deliverable definition, development standards, guidelines for data standards, data clusters, business rules and data migration.
Supports vision and strategy execution at a tactical level, balancing it with data object and portfolio management, communication and change management.
Consulted in evaluation of DQM tools, definition of target picture and further development of data model, ensuring alignment, consistency, functionality and interface among stakeholders
Your Skills and Expertise:
Understand the business practices and technical processes for which they are responsible
Able to balance business needs with IT capabilities
Strong knowledge of data lifecycle, data flows, data modeling, and database systems.
Able to understand business requirements
Strong process viewpoint. Excellent root cause analysis skills
Well versed in DQM tools, technology and methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Approx. 5 years of experience in data quality, data governance, data management, data migration roles.
Proven success leading data quality improvement initiatives in medium to large organizations.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are welcomed
Previous involvement in data migration, system implementation, S4Hana upgrades and/or business transformation projects - as an asset
