Role Mission
As a Data Quality Executive, your mission is to perform comprehensive data analysis on Panels, ensuring the delivery of accurate, insightful, and actionable recommendations that drive process improvements and enhance customer service. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

The position is based either in our offices in Sant Cugat del Vallès, or in our offices in Madrid.

Key Outcomes

  • Conduct data analysis, both scheduled (consolidated databases) and ad hoc, generating recommendations and conclusions.
  • Resolve incidents / Internal or Customer Service inquiries.
  • Design and monitor new projects.
  • Gather information on processes, analyze, and issue recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate ideas and recommendations.
  • Ensure the speed, accuracy, and quality of delivery.
  • Propose solutions or new ways of working to increase efficiency / effectiveness / better customer service.

Key Capabilities

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate English and advanced Spanish.
  • Knowledge of SQL, R Studio, and statistical packages.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and in presenting results to other teams.
  • Positive and proactive attitude in resolving inquiries and incidents, as well as in proposing constructive solutions.

Working Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Thursday split shift and Friday intensive shift.

Work Model: Hybrid model, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
