Join our dynamic team at PPG Aerospace in Burbank, California, as a Data Quality Engineer! You will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient organization and management of data quality, reporting directly to the Research and Engineering Services Manager. As a Data Quality Engineer, you will maintain accurate records, manage data workflows, and support the data entry process. This is an on-site position and offers an excellent opportunity for development in the aerospace industry. The base salary range for this position is $70,304 to $72,304, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 4.5% of base salary. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team and management to establish efficient document management systems

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring integrity and completeness of records.

  • Organize and categorize documents with systematic filing methods to facilitate easy retrieval

  • Work with teams to coordinate and track document workflows throughout the organization

  • Perform regular audits to identify documentations discrepancies and address any inconsistencies.

  • Help develop and implement standardized procedures to refine document control processes

  • Produce reports on document status, providing regular updates to the Senior Data Entry Supervisor and partners

  • Respond promptly to internal and external requests for information, demonstrating efficiency and accuracy

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of document management practices, stay informed about industry standards and adopt best practices thriving team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related STEM field required

  • 1+ years of prior data entry or administrative experience required

  • Google Analytics or similar certification preferred

  • Must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident
