POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Governance & Master Data Manager to lead the development and execution of our organization’s Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, security, and reliability of core business data across all departments.
The successful candidate will partner with data stewards and technical stakeholders to identify data quality gaps, implement remediation strategies, and establish long-term governance frameworks. They will define the organization’s overarching Data Governance and MDM strategy, develop a roadmap for execution, and lead a team of data integrity analysts to deliver measurable improvements.
This position combines strategic vision with operational leadership — setting standards, implementing processes and solutions, defining KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in data management practices. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and comfortable influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.
The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.
JOB SCOPE:
- Liaise with data stewards from multiple business functions and technical stakeholders to identify and document gaps in Data Quality and Master Data Management. Develop remediation solutions and processes to address.
- Lead a team of data integrity analysts as part of one-time Data Quality and Master Data remediation program.
- Define the overarching Data Governance and Master Data Management strategy for the organization and the operating model needed to realize it to ensure the accuracy, consistency and security of all core business data on an ongoing basis.
- Develop the roadmap to delivering on that strategy. Implement and enforce standards, processes and solutions needed. Lead the daily operations of this function of the business.
- Design and implement the reporting framework and KPIs required to monitor improvements and manage Data Governance, Quality and Master Data Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Third level degree
- 3-5 Years Experience in similar Data Quality, Data Governance or Master Data Management role.
- Leadership/management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of information systems, databases and SQL
- Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrable ability to influence and collaborate with departmental heads across different functions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A background check and drug/substance screening are required after a conditional offer. Employment will proceed only upon receiving clear results from both.
ThreatLocker also conducts randomized drug and substance testing approximately every 60 days, in line with the same screening standards.
