Data Quality Analyst

About the Role:

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across various systems and processes within JCI. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and correct data discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with data governance standards.

• Identify data quality issues and develop strategies for remediation.

• Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to establish data quality metrics and reporting mechanisms.

• Monitor and maintain data quality processes to ensure ongoing data integrity.

• Assist in the development and implementation of data quality tools and solutions.

• Provide training and support to teams on data quality best practices.

• Document data quality procedures and processes for continuous improvement.

• Support data cleansing initiatives and improve data collection methods.

What We Look For:
Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or related fields.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL).

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology).
