Why this job is important
Join our Data Governance, Reporting & Analytics Centre of Excellence (DGR&A CoE) team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of Kantar's data assets. You’ll support the implementation of our Data Governance strategy, enhancing data quality and ensuring well-managed data across all business units
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with data owners and stewards to resolve data quality issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing data quality frameworks and processes.
- Support the integration of advanced data management tools and technologies
The skills & experience needed as Data Quality Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or data analytics, preferably within a finance environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and familiarity with data governance frameworks. Experience with Microsoft Purview is a plus.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring data accuracy and quality
