The Data Quality Analyst reports to the Data Quality Digital Core Lead and will be responsible for supporting and reinforcing the Global Data Quality strategy and adherence to the process during the transition to the new Digital Core platform. You will work with Data Champions, Data Governance Leads, and Digital Core MD Engagement Lead to understand Data standards, Business Rules and Digital Core Requirements and implement agreed data checks, transformations, and migrations of Master Data required for Digital Core.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Liaising with Data Champions, Data Governance Leads and Digital Core MD Engagement Lead –to identify and translate standards (governance) into data quality rules, including business requirement, testing, rollout, training etc. With the objective to provide high quality master data for Digital Core project by:

Actively influence and support the global set of tools, frameworks and process to implement data quality.

Drive projects for large scale cleansing of data where required.

Build additional data quality rules and / or tools specific to Digital Core project if required.

Support Sata Quality Lead & Digital Core project leads in root cause analysis related to Master data.

Manage conflict where data quality requirements of the project do not meet agreed standards and escalate conflict to Digital Core Engagement Lead if required.

Provide development specifications to Data Quality DevOps Team and manage delivery through AGILE process (JIRA).

Execute test cases and verify test results to validate mass cleansing routines.

Document and keep up to date Data Quality related assets in Mars Data Wiki.
What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in IT, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in Master Data Management and Data Analysis.

Experience in working in a complex multi-national corporate environment.

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams including: the Data Champions, Data Governance Leads, Digital Core MD Engagement Lead and Regional Data Stewards, etc.

Detail analysis to identify opportunities (trends) in the data that will trigger data cleansing activities.

Strong background in SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Services or similar ETL/DQ tools.

Good understanding of Data Models and practical knowledge in MS SQL and SAP ECC.

Good understanding of Machine Learning solutions.

Fluent English.
