Job Description
- Establish and provide information, advice and trainings for managers, associates, and international Bosch projects on the implementation of and compliance with all local data protection requirements,
- Auditing the implementation of such requirements,
- Giving legal support for upcoming data protection topics like e.g. handling of data subject requests and data breaches, as well as communication with local supervisory authorities (i.e. KVKK, BTK) in close cooperation with local Bosch organizations and Bosch central information security and data protection department.
- Tracking personal data inventories regularly,
- Representing the interests of the Bosch Group with regard to data protection in legal associations towards third parties,
- Preparing all legal data protection documentations including but not limited to data protection notices, cookie policies, retention policies,
- Developing and adapting Bosch internal data protection regulations for the Bosch organization located in Türkiye based on local data protection law,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable universities in Türkiye,
- At least full time 3 years experience in a position highly exposed to personal data protection field in a law firm or a multinational company,
- Experience and competence in the field of GDPR, Information Security Management System (ISMS), ISO 27001 knowledge and lead auditor certification would be an asset,
- High level of conducting organization and ability to manage tight deadlines
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Advanced level of MS Office programs,
- Leadership competences
