How you will do it

Become a subject matter expert in Power BI and analytics, advising the business on data solutions and best practices.

Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Transform complex data sets into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure data quality and integrity in all reporting solutions.

Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and contribute to long-term data strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance reporting methodologies.
What we look for
Required
-
Experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics roles.
-
Expert knowledge of Power BI, with an understanding of DAX and Power Query.

Proficient SQL skills for querying databases.
-
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
-
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and VBA.

Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Preferred
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, etc.).

If you are relocating to Bratislava to join Johnson Controls, you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you setup your new life in Slovakia.
The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1,900 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
