WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Implements privacy requirements in the Company,
• Assesses IT systems from data privacy point of view, elaborates balance tests and executes data privacy impact assessment where applicable,
• Serves as consultant and provide advisory support to business owners and internal/external projects in timely and adequate completion on data privacy topics,
• Assess projects from data privacy point of view where public cloud solutions are used or where transfer personal data to third countries is take place,
• Approves data privacy contracts and offerings,
• Initiates, facilitates, promotes activities to foster information awareness within the organization, etc.

General purpose

End to end responsibility for the Data Privacy topics within organization in cooperation with DPO. Provides legal assistance on specific topics, liaise with external legal service providers on substantial cases. Actively helps Company avoid possible legal risks and violations in order to ensure that the company’s transactions comply with corporate laws and regulations. Creates and manages systems in line with Group requirements and processes and in line with local legislation and local processes for the specified area. Responsible/SPOC for the communication with Internal and External auditors, State Authorities and also within company regarding Data privacy and Legal.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have master´s degree in Information technologies/Law/Management
• Have about 2 years experience in Data Privacy
• Have certification in Data privacy – advantage, not necessary
• Have comprehensive knowledge about GDPR and country-specific data privacy regulation
• Are willingness to learn the main domains of CIPM and CIPT certification
• Are able to execute assigned tasks independently, on own initiative, maintain objectively and impartially
• Are able to effectively communicate with and present to upper and top management
• Are fluent in English
• Have clean crime register.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2200€ /brutto.
