Data & Programmatic Coordinator

Location: NYC- This position is in person Monday-Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.

Job Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Data & Programmatic Coordinator. This entry-level role is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow in the world of programmatic advertising and data coordination in the unique cinema environment. You will support the day-to-day operations of programmatic campaigns, assist with campaign setup, reporting, and help ensure smooth data integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in data and digital marketing, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Programmatic

  • Campaign Inventory Forecasts: Assist in analyzing incoming campaign requests and provide forecasts to ensure smooth planning and execution.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Support the tracking of programmatic deals, ensuring timely and accurate information is kept up to date.
  • Deal Setup: Help with the setup of programmatic deals, ensuring details like targeting, pricing, and creative are captured correctly.
  • Inventory Maintenance: Monitor and assist in maintaining digital ad inventory to ensure campaigns run on schedule and meet specifications.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on programmatic campaign performance, providing insights into key metrics, trends or potential issues.

Digital/Data

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the setup of QR campaigns, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure proper setup and launch.
  • Reporting: Track ongoing QR campaigns and report on performance weekly.
  • Data Health: Monitor data integrations to ensure everything is functioning correctly and help troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics, Marketing or a related field.
  • Interest, experience or education in communications, digital marketing, data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Evidence of a strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes in digital advertising and data coordination.
  • Familiarity with programmatic ad platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360 or SSPs) preferred but not required

Salary: 50,000 USD Annually + Benefits

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
