As a Product Owner within the Enterprise Data Provisioning Platform, you will take end-to-end ownership of a single product (comprising 1–2 features, journeys, or technology components). You will lead a team to deliver incremental value, ensuring alignment with Lloyds Banking Group’s vision to build the bank of the future. Your focus will be on delivering value to customers and stakeholders by prioritising the right outcomes, fostering empowered teams, and driving innovation!

What you will do

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through release, ensuring business readiness through training, communications, and implementation planning.

  • Support organisational OKRs by tracking performance metrics and reporting benefits realisation.

  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including Customer Journey Managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners across UK and India.

  • Ensure robust governance and risk management, covering compliance, incident response, contingency planning, and technical readiness.

  • Enable delivery and foster continuous improvement within the team, maintaining a strong customer-first mindset throughout.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience implementing and managing processes for a Product Backlog to ensure seamless consumption by internal engineering teams.

  •  Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with customers, product teams, and highly skilled engineers to deliver aligned solutions.

  •  Hands-on experience applying Scrum or Kanban frameworks, facilitating ceremonies, and fostering an iterative, customer-focused approach.

  • Track record of driving creative solutions, new feature development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to clearly articulate product vision, priorities, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience building and maintaining strong partnerships with multiple third-party vendors, fostering trust and collaboration.

  • Proven capability in enhancing Developer Experience by streamlining onboarding processes and reducing time-to-productivity for engineering teams

  • Strong proficiency with Jira & Confluence, managing workflows, documentation, and agile collaboration tools.
