We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Product Manager to join the Data group within Perion’s Product department. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our business stakeholders, engineering and BI teams, and other functional domain PMs to lead cross-functional and non-functional projects across multiple business domains.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data technologies and a passion for leading data-driven projects that transform complex datasets into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions and measurable business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple time zones and translate business needs into scalable data solutions that drive measurable impact
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on data infrastructure, reporting, and automation.
Example future new initiatives (but not limited too) are:
- Creative Insights: multi-point data-driven performance analysis that leads to greater user response and engagement with the creative
- AI Agent data support: preparing data and building APIs to support the AI Agent initiative
- Campaign planning: calculating and exposing avails data across all targeting options for accurate planning
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms and lead initiatives to improve data accessibility, usability, and reliability across the organization
- Advocate for best practices in data architecture, ETL/ELT, and cloud platform usage
What We're Looking For (Must Have)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data product management
- Past experience in ad tech and working with big data
- Advanced SQL skills and close familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong understanding of data warehouse and data lake architecture and ETL / ELT processes
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Clickhouse, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience designing and managing internal and external data integrations
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and privacy regulations
