Job Summary:

The Data Product Manager III will drive the strategy for how to leverage data and deliver exceptional new digital experiences and insights by providing trusted, accurate data insights that drive action, measure impact, and proactively create measurable improvement across member/provider digital platforms.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for driving business results and empowering data-driven product decisions with timely insights and thought partnership
  • Lead experimentation initiatives and contribute to product strategy decisions
  • Deliver accurate, timely and high quality analysis and insights to stakeholders
  • Work with product stakeholders to identify areas that can be solved utilizing AI, prioritize and rank the solutions, and develop business cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts from business lines, including data scientists and information technology, to create shared goals and specs for AI products
  • Provide support to product leaders and proactively partner to leverage customer insights to drive product decisions
  • Be an authority for customer behavioral data using data to reshape our understanding of customer behavior and business performance
  • Partner closely with product, health analytics and other teams to help define how to measure success
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to build empathy for their needs, inform product strategy, and ensure their lasting success
  • Collaborate with fellow data teams to ensure alignment and working towards a cohesive customer solution in a large and complex environment
  • Demonstrate analytics excellence, innovating in how we access, analyze, and share insights
  • Perform gap analysis on existing data and identify new AI training data sources
  • Oversee development and management AI training, validation, and test data sets
  • Design and lead complex cross-functional experimentation initiatives
  • Partner with product teams to craft high-quality experiments and output insights
  • Perform other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Communication Finance, or health care field, or other related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in digital strategy, digital design customer facing solutions (web, mobile) and digital/IT development processes is required
  • AI/ML experience is required
  • Healthcare insurance industry experience is highly preferred
  • Familiarity of the healthcare/managed care field and knowledge of government program products is preferred

  • Ability to analyze large quantities of information and identify patterns, irregularities, and deficiencies
  • Critical listening and thinking skills

Licensure and Certification:

  • None

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required by the needs of the business

Compensation Range:

$90,500.00 - $158,400.00
