Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data from various sources into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist with data cleaning, sorting, and organizing as needed.
- Generate reports and summaries based on processed data.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Adhere to data confidentiality and security protocols.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
Qualifications:
- This is an ad hoc position with flexible hours based on project needs.
- Prior remote work experience is a must.
- Candidates must have reliable internet access and a suitable working environment if working remotely.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with other data management software is advantageous.
