Role’s Mission

The role of the support executive is to provide swift and accurate assistance to issues relating to Client deliverable platform - MyWorldpanel. By doing so, the support desk provides a vital link between internal teams and our external clients enabling both to carry out their roles successfully. The role also includes carrying out Data Load activities in a scheduled manner every month and may require at times working in the evening or the weekend.

Key outcomes

  • First line technical support to our Clients and commercial team for MyWorldpanel
  • Provide support with any issues or queries they may have through to a resolution, by getting all relevant information and involving people from other Operation teams where necessary
  • Work closely with Global support team to get resolution to the issues that are referred to them
  • Create/manage user access for internal users on MyWorldpanel
  • Review and update content of Support knowledge base
  • Carry out scheduled data load activities in a month
  • Build and update documentation of support and data load processes
  • Communicate to the business via email all the issues that are impacting users

Key Capabilities

Your background will ideally look like this…

  • Experience of running queries on any SQL platform like MySQL, SQL Server Management Studio
  • Advanced Excel skills Eg Macros, VBA
  • Ability to think clearly and thrive under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Analytical mind with good problem-solving skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess a confident and approachable outlook
  • Commitment to service excellence and customer experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Previous technical support experience (nice to have)
  • Experience of working on Myworldpanel and ISEC (nice to have)
