We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Data Solutions Principal. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in team management, project management, and technical leadership. The role requires the ability to navigate client relationships, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and drive the architecture of data solutions, showcasing proficiency in both classic data warehousing and large data solutions, including data lakes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
• Provide tech leadership, ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.
• Architect data solutions that align with client needs, regardless of specific technologies chosen.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Determine platform strategy tailored to client's unique requirements.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through the introduction of new offerings.
• Possesses reporting and visualization experience to effectively communicate insights.
• Uphold data governance principles to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team and project management within the data solutions domain.
• Experience in growing client accounts by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
• In-depth knowledge of classic data warehousing and large data solutions.
• Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
• Knowledge of various public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with products like Snowflake and DBT.
