As a Banking Payment Data Owner within the Data & Analytics team, you will lead efforts to ensure data quality, protection, and strategic use across our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful data solutions that drive business outcomes and customer experience.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans for product data delivery to support business objectives and analytics
- Provide subject matter expertise on product data and its business use
- Identify and document critical data scope, meaning, and metadata
- Support integration of data into analytics platforms for key projects
- Define and coordinate delivery of data quality requirements
- Develop and implement processes to monitor and mitigate data risks
- Manage compliance with Firmwide data integrity and protection standards
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Eight years of experience in a data-related role
- Experience managing delivery across multiple work streams
- Subject matter expertise in business or product data or processes
- Technical knowledge of data management, governance, and data engineering
- Proven ability to consult on data best practices and resolve data quality issues
- Skilled in SQL and database technologies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master's degree
- Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or Teradata
- Skilled in cloud technologies such as AWS
- Knowledge of payments products, especially SMB Payments or retail banking
