The Application / Data Operations Support Analyst is responsible for the operational support and coordination of data synchronization activities between Aravo (third‑party due diligence / onboarding) and several SAP Systems
This role acts as the ongoing technical and operational interface between Data Sync Operations, platform owners, and stakeholders to ensure stable data flows, audit readiness, and transparency once the solution goes live.
Key Responsibilities
Data Sync Operations Support
- Support ongoing data synchronization activities between Aravo and downstream SAP systems.
- Ensure data produced during onboarding and due diligence processes is correctly received, stored, and sent to SAP systems.
- Act as a knowledgeable support contact for data sync operations issues during steady-state operations.
Monitoring & Validation
- Perform regular checks on received files and datasets (content, structure, completeness).
- Validate that expected data fields and due‑diligence content are available as designed from Aravo and SAP systems
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in the data and coordinate investigation.
Issue Coordination & Escalation
- Serve as the first operational escalation point for data‑related questions or problems.
- Coordinate with:
- SAP Admins
- Local country business sponsors
- Aravo admins
- Reporting / analytics stakeholders
- Track issues until resolution; ensure clarity on ownership
Audit & Compliance Support
- Support audit‑related and monitoring requirements tied to due diligence and onboarding.
- Ensure data handling and availability align with audit expectation.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Contribute to documenting:
- File structures and data content expectations
- Known limitations or dependencies in the Aravo → SAP data flow
- Operational procedures and lessons learned
- Help establish a single shared repository (e.g., SharePoint) for operational documentation, files, and reporting artifacts.
Stakeholder Communication & Governance
- Participate in regular recurring touchpoints (e.g., bi‑weekly follow‑up meetings) to:
- Share status updates
- Review open topics
- Track progress from one period to the next
- Provide transparency on current state, issues, and next steps to all involved parties.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical & Functional Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise data integrations or data pipelines
- Understanding of:
- File‑based data exchanges
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Reporting and analytics consumption
- Familiarity with compliance, onboarding, or due‑diligence data is a strong plus
Tools & Platforms
- Experience working with:
- SaaS enterprise platforms
- Power automate & BI / reporting environments
- SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
- Ability to interpret technical information shared by architects or developers

- Comfortable working in ongoing operational modes, not just project phases
