About the role:
We seek a part-time Data Operations Assistant to support our data engineering & analytics team. The person will assist delivering analyses to the commercial organization, build reports in PowerBI, and document the underlying data structure for future reference.
Our way-of-work prefers pairing or mobbing on tasks, and a focus on value-creating insights over raw output. We have a mature data platform - and since our team contains both data engineering and analytics, we have few outside dependencies that can impact our delivery.
We use SQL, PowerBI and DBT – and if you have an interest in data engineering you can learn more about Azure Synapse Analytics, Spark, Python and Terraform.
Your tasks will include:
- Analytics: Assist the data team in ad-hoc analytics requests, preparing reports, and generating insights to support business decisions
- PowerBI: Build and manage reports and dashboards in PowerBI, ensuring data is accurately represented and visually appealing. Collaborate with team members to refine visualizations and add features that enhance data storytelling, and maintain existing reports by updating data sources and incorporating user feedback
- Project management support: Assist in managing larger data projects by assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Documentation: Assist in documentation tasks for the team. This includes documenting processes, data management practices, and other relevant information
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably related to Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar. Either as a 3rd year Bachelor or 1st year Master student
- High level of abstract reasoning
- Good understanding of data analytics
- Thorough and structured working style
- English language fluency

What We Do
Templafy began in 2014 with a mission to enable professionals to create better-performing documents faster through connected content. Today, we work towards that mission by uniquely leveraging content enablement technology that intelligently connects content to users where they already work, when it matters most. Simply put, organizations use our platform to enable their employees to focus on the work that matters – instead of the documents along the way. With more than two million users and 600 enterprise customers, we’re a fast-growing, international company with big ambitions and a bright future. We’re over 60 nationalities working together across six global offices to bring a unique product to the world’s biggest enterprises.
