The Data Operations QA Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient execution of campaign bases across CRM platforms. The role manages data operations delivery aligned with agreed SLAs and governance standards while optimizing audience setup, data structures, and campaign scheduling. This role will also drive process improvements and strengthen collaboration across Data, Campaign Management, and Business teams to support scalable and reliable CRM operations.
You will be responsible for the following:
Ensure campaign bases are executed accurately, securely, and efficiently across all CRM platforms
Manage delivery of data operations services based on agreed SLAs, deadlines, and lead times
Oversee data governance to ensure compliance, proper usage, and optimization of data resources
Develop expertise in existing data platforms and recommend optimal audience setup, data structures, and scheduling
Work closely with stakeholders to align campaign specifications, audience definitions, communication plans, and timelines
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Data, Campaign Management, and Business teams
Support campaign optimization efforts to improve targeting, customer relevance, and conversion performance
Ensure operational accuracy and quality across CRM workflows and campaign execution
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
Proven experience in data operations, campaign management, CRM operations, or data analytics
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data-related tools and programming languages
Experience working with CRM platforms, audience segmentation, and campaign execution
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
