Job DescriptionWe are looking for an intern who loves data infrastructure, optimization, and the power of AI. You are a natural builder who enjoys mapping out smart, scalable marketing processes, building budget logics, and digging into the data to uncover hidden growth opportunities. Your mission is to make our acquisition machine smarter, faster, and highly optimized.
Referral Program Optimization: Take an active role in running and analyzing our rider referral program. You will design data tests, dive deep into the performance metrics, and identify actionable opportunities to accelerate growth through rider-get-rider mechanics.
Performance Marketing Data Processes: Bridge the gap between data and execution by building robust tracking and optimization logics. You will help the team optimize their acquisition budgets and provide analytical guardrails to improve campaign performance from a strict data point of view.
Budget Logic & Channel Mix: Build structured processes and frameworks to evaluate our marketing spend. You will analyze data across multiple acquisition channels to help us find the perfect, most cost-effective channel mix.
AI Implementation within the Team: Act as our internal AI champion. You will explore, test, and implement advanced AI tools and automations to streamline repetitive marketing workflows, making the entire team faster and more efficient.
Qualifications
You are a logical builder who looks at marketing as a system of processes, budgets, and data flows. You prefer finding structural optimizations over writing ad copy.
Background: Bachelor's or ongoing degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a heavily quantitative field.
Data Comfort & Querying: You don't just look at numbers; you love finding the story behind them. Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required, and familiarity with data querying (e.g., SQL) or visualization tools is a major asset.
Process-Driven Mindset: A passion for designing workflows, building logical frameworks, and finding structured solutions to help optimize budgets and channel mixes.
Testing & Analytical Rigor: An analytical approach to growth, with a desire to run structured data tests and identify performance trends within systems like a referral program.
AI & Automation Enthusiasm: A genuine excitement about the potential of generative AI and automation tools to transform how a team operates, with a proactive drive to experiment with new tools.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Additional languages are a major plus given our multi-market scope.
Mindset: Proactive, organized, collaborative, and obsessed with quality. You take complete ownership of your tasks and follow through on them.
