Job Summary

The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing data operations to improve efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves managing data processes, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with other departments.


Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manage data processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding data operations.
  • Document data operations processes and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of data operations activities.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of data.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures in data operations.

Schedule & Work Hours

  • This role supports deadline-driven client work delivered on Central Time.
  • New team members typically work 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time.
  • Schedule flexibility is essential. This is not a standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM role.
  • Weekend availability is a plus and would not begin until training is complete.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data operations or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in a similar role within the same industry.

The Compensation range for this role is $15 to $19 USD hourly and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
