Contract Duration: Temporary - 2 Months
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Weekends off
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Weekends off
Work Type and Location: Hybrid - San Pedro Sula or Tegucigalpa

The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who’s passionate about creating seamless user experiences and is comfortable working with data.
In this seasonal role, you’ll help onboard B2B customers by transforming roster and schedule information into clean, upload-ready formats, ensuring a smooth start for coaches and parents. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot data issues and remove onboarding roadblocks. This is a detail-focused, high-impact role where your work will directly shape the customer experience during a critical period.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and lead regular team syncs to align on project timelines, deliverables, and shifting priorities.
  • Track and update project status reports, ensuring stakeholders have visibility on progress and potential blockers.
  • Manage task assignments, monitor deadlines, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform data cleaning, formatting, and organization in Excel and other project tracking tools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records, following internal data formatting and reporting standards.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with team members, escalating risks or delays as needed.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration, helping to coordinate resources and ensure alignment between departments when required.

What We Expect From You:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including data cleaning, formatting, and use of basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting).
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct inconsistencies in data and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to tracking deliverables and follow-ups.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in collaborating across teams.
  • Comfort with project coordination tools (such as Google Sheets, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms).
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and propose solutions proactively.
