- Accurately enter farmer registration details, farm information, and survey responses into the organization’s database or spreadsheet systems in a timely manner
- Clean and validate datasets by identifying, resolving, and preventing duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies
- Organize and maintain a structured, searchable, and well-documented farmer database
- Perform basic data analysis to extract insights on farmer demographics, farm sizes, yields, and participation trends
- Develop regular reports, summaries, and visualizations (charts, tables, dashboards) for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support field teams by designing and refining data collection tools and addressing data quality issues at the source
- Uphold strict data privacy and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive farmer information
- Proactively identify and communicate data trends, gaps, or anomalies to program staff for timely intervention
