We are seeking a Senior Data Modeler to design, develop, and
optimize data models that support complex financial systems. You will work
closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into
robust data structures, enabling high-quality analytics and data-driven
decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and
modern data modeling techniques, alongside domain knowledge in financial
services.
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong experience in Data Modeling, SQL, Snowflake, JSON data modeling and semi-structured data formats, data integration, and ETL tools and processes.
- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data
models for enterprise-scale platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs
into scalable data solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to support analytics and
reporting requirements.
- Implement and manage data structures within Snowflake
environments.
- Apply JSON-based data modeling techniques for flexible and
modern data architectures.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Proven experience in data modeling within financial services
environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with
Snowflake.
- Experience with JSON data modeling and semi-structured data
formats.
- Understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
DESIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Experience with multi-family mortgage or housing finance
data.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms beyond Snowflake.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing
environments.
