Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design and maintain accurate and efficient data models to support the agency compensation analysis
- Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to aid decision-making processes
- Create and manage detailed Excel models to simulate compensation scenarios ad projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data models align with business objectives
- Provide intelligence and reporting to monitor the impact of related agency compensation and remuneration
- Leverage various tools and techniques to optimize data accuracy and efficiency
- Understand and incorporate agency distribution metrics into modelling process
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise format
Job Requirements

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, including macros and modelling

Advanced proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Knowledge in SQL and scripting and programming languages is a plus

Minimum "2" years of experience in a data modelling, analysis or a related role
