Key Responsibilities:

• As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for working with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Design and implement data models that meet business requirements and enhance data usability.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

• Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Mentor team members on best practices in data modeling and architecture.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Data Architecture

• Bachelor's Degree or greater

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake Platform

• Associate or bachelor's degree

• Advanced proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Data Quality Tools Methods, AI Data Strategy, and SAP ABAP Managed Database Procedures AMDP is suggested.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
