Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Oracle data migration projects, ensuring seamless transition of data between systems, including mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define migration strategies, and establish a clear data migration plan.
- Design and develop ETL solutions using Azure Data Factory to migrate data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
- Translate business requirements into technical data mapping documents for the source-to-target Oracle Fusion data migration.
- Analyze, identify, and resolve data quality issues during migration activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of migrated data.
- Write complex SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Support data migration testing, including validation, reconciliation, and auditing of migrated data.
- Develop and implement error handling and audit reconciliation processes during ETL development to ensure data integrity and reduce risks.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using tools such as Confluence and Jira for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
- Provide support and guidance to the team during the execution and post-migration phases, ensuring that all objectives are met.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices in data migration, Oracle Fusion, and ETL development technologies.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience working on data migration projects, with a solid understanding of the various stages of the data migration lifecycle.
- Strong hands-on experience in ETL design and development using Azure Data Factory.
- Expertise in SQL scripting and the ability to perform advanced data analysis and transformations.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion and experience with source-to-target data mapping.
