Overview: This role is focused on supporting ERP data migration initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments, ensuring accurate, consistent, and high-quality data transitions from legacy systems. The position combines technical data migration activities with cross-functional collaboration, acting as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout migration, integration, and stabilization phases.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end ERP data migration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Analyze legacy systems and contribute to data mapping and transformation design
Execute migration cycles including data loads, validation, and reconciliation
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams during migration activities
Support data quality assessments and ensure consistency across systems
Assist in integration topics where required (interfaces, data flows)
Troubleshoot migration issues and support stabilization phases
Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards
Document migration logic, mappings, and outcomes
Qualifications
Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or similar
~3–5 years of experience in ERP projects with a data migration focus
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems
Solid understanding of data structures, SQL, and transformation logic
Ability to work across functional and technical topics
Experience with integrations or APIs is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluent in English
