Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle SaaS Data Migration Consultant to lead and deliver data migration activities across Oracle SCM Cloud, Procurement Cloud, and Finance Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in migrating complex datasets from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud, with a strong understanding of functional and technical aspects of Oracle SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end data migration lifecycle for Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Work closely with functional teams to understand legacy data structures and Oracle Cloud data models across SCM, Procurement, and Finance modules.
  • Design and implement robust data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
  • Develop and execute data migration scripts using SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL&R tools.
  • Utilize Oracle Cloud tools such as FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, and REST APIs for data loading and integration.
  • Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support mock data loads, cutover planning, and production migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud (SaaS) data migration.
  • Proven experience in data migration for Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle Procurement Cloud, and Oracle Finance Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud data structures and business processes.
  • Expertise in FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, OTBI, and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data transformation techniques.
  • Experience with legacy systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or custom-built applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM, Procurement, or Finance.
  • Experience with data migration automation tools or accelerators.
  • Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
