Position Overview 

 

The job profile for this position is for a Digital Analytics QA/Testing/Validation Analyst, Band 3 

  • Provides expert content and professional leadership on complex QA, testing, and validation assignments for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) tracking. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering quality assurance initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within digital analytics QA/testing but works on broader projects, requiring understanding of wider business and analytics context. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert in analytics validation. 

 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Lead QA and validation project delivery for Adobe CJA tracking, from requirements gathering and test case creation, through execution, defect reporting, and sign-off. 

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in support of analytics tracking validation and reporting. 

  • Develop and execute test plans for digital analytics implementations, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting. 

  • Utilize Adobe App Assurance, Browser Stack, and Chrome/Edge Developer tools to validate analytics tags and troubleshoot tracking issues. 

  • Document and communicate defects, issues, and recommendations to development and analytics teams. 

  • Support the enablement and extension of self-service analytics validation tools and processes. 

 

 

Qualifications 

 

Required Skills: 

 

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe App Assurance, Browser Stack, and Chrome/Edge Developer tools for analytics validation. 

  • Experience with standard clickstream analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, or Google Analytics. 

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and coordinate with cross-functional teams. 

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to turn test results into actionable insights. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide support to multiple business partners 

 

Required Experience & Education: 

 

  • Overall 8-11 years of experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of QA/testing/validation experience in digital analytics strongly preferred. 

 

Desired Experience: 

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) toolset – Workspace, Queries, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). 

  • Experience developing and validating analytics tagging requirements. 

  • Familiarity with agile project management software such as JIRA and/or Rally. 

  • Experience in digital analytics QA/testing for large healthcare, e-commerce, or financial services websites. 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare products, benefits, claims, or related experience is a plus.
