Job Description

As a Data Manager, you will play a key role in managing and processing large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Your primary focus will be on OEM-related datasets, supporting fast and high-quality implementation of partnership agreements. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver actionable insights that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, validate, and maintain large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies proactively.
  • Manage mass data activities, including updating and implementing product data in enterprise software solutions.
  • Support data integration projects for OEM partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business experts to ensure smooth data workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Python is a plus.
  • Exposure to project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written).
  • Practical, hands-on problem-solving mindset.
  • Clear and direct communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
