WHO YOU ARE:

• We are looking for someone who has worked with and understands healthcare claims data. You will be an excellent customer service person as well.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Communicate and work directly with data suppliers to ensure that data is received and interpreted correctly. 
• Develop, enhance, and maintain data transformation and standardization processes. 
• Help perform detailed data quality reviews, data investigations and issue identification when necessary, and work to achieve resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute and participate in release testing. 

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:

• 3-5 years of experience in project managing healthcare data integration for large self-funded companies.
• Understand the nuances of ETL processes within the healthcare benefits world. 
• Have worked with SQL and MySQL. 
• Possess 3+ years experience in an IT role requiring business or data analysis and 1+ year experience with project planning or project management. 
• Have 3+ years experience in the healthcare claims industry.
