Be an essential member of a diverse team of professionals dedicated to making a lasting impact! Global Supplier Services (GSS) Supplier Onboarding Orchestration is a centralized operations function responsible for coordinating diverse processes across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle. This dedicated group plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the procurement cycle by synchronizing supplier onboarding activities and by systematically tracking progress while identifying and implementing efficiency opportunities.
As a Data Manager (Visualization) in the GSS Supplier Onboarding Orchestration Team, you will advise on data strategies, provide guidance on data structuring, and effectively communicate insights with high-quality reporting, and dashboard development. You'll work closely with cross-functional GSS teams to support process improvements within the orchestration framework. Your advice on optimal data structures will ensure data is captured accurately, at the right time, by the appropriate owner, and utilized effectively throughout the entire lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable self-service dashboards and reports using Tableau and other BI tools, empowering business users to access and analyze supplier-related data independently.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver data solutions and analytics products that support Global Supplier Services Onboarding Orchestration operations and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to document, classify, and manage critical supplier data, ensuring robust metadata and data governance practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on supplier data, providing guidance on data content, usage, and best practices within the business and product areas.
  • Document requirements for data sourcing, content, and quality specific to supplier reporting and analytics.
  • Oversee data integration into analytics platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for supplier onboarding-related reporting.
  • Proactively communicate and resolve data issues, maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity across supplier analytics.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in data visualization, data management, data warehousing, or unstructured data environments, with a focus on reporting and analytics.
  • Strong technical proficiency with BI and data analytics tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, data flows, and analytics solutions using Tableau, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage delivery timelines and drive results in a global environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience supporting global supplier services or procurement functions in a large, complex organization.
  • Certifications in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, Alteryx Designer Core,).
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI-driven data analytic and Databrick is a plus
  • Experience in the banking domain and/or with financial or regulatory reporting, especially in supplier management or procurement analytics is a plus.
