Resultance is Hiring a Data Manager (freelance consultant) for one if its strategic projects.
This assignment requires an experienced freelancer to strengthen data governance, industrial data quality, and cross-functional coordination during a major ERP transformation.
The role sits at the intersection of R&D, Methods, Production, and Supply Chain, ensuring reliable data structures to support both operations and new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deploy data governance rules to ensure high-quality industrial and commercial data for the upcoming ERP implementation.
- Structure and coordinate data workflows (templates, processes, validations) across R&D, Methods, Production, Supply Chain, and Purchasing.
- Ensure accuracy of ERP/PLM data (items, BOMs, routings, planning parameters) and secure their integration into production.
- Support new product development by managing data flows and aligning stakeholders for smooth production readiness.
- Build reports and monitor KPIs (data quality, throughput times, workflow performance) to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience in industrial data management, ERP/PLM structures, and supply chain processes .
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, BOMs, routings, and configuration management.
- Proficiency with ERP (Baan/SAP), PLM (Windchill), Excel, Power BI/Cognos.
- Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage data-related projects autonomously.
- Highly rigorous, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluency in French is a must.
This is a long term term project with start date in January 2026.
Presence on clients site in Liege area will be required 3 days/week.
