BlackStone eIT is seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain data quality standards across various data systems.
- Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
- Facilitate data integration projects, collaborating with IT and business teams.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of data assets to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for data processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to users on data management tools and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in data management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in data management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration practices.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Improved data processing efficiency by 15% using Python.
- Developed and implemented data mining models using Python and scikit-learn, resulting in a 10% increase in customer retention.
- Designed and built interactive dashboards in Tableau, providing real-time insights to stakeholders.
