As a Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for one of the most popular and consumer friendly payment methods in legal settlement services. You will work with an award-winning team recognized by the American Banker’s Association for its innovative practices and external partners to prepare, launch, and maintain prepaid card products and oversee payee information. Additionally, you will update and maintain databases and produce executive-level reporting related to settlements and distributions.- Own daily operational tasks related to the lifecycle of prepaid card products and payee records in connection with B2C payments.
- Work with multiple internal and external information sources to manage and update stored data, prepare for upcoming programs by generating necessary documentation, and validate data delivery and accuracy for the creation and cancellation of prepaid cards and associated records.
- Manage reporting datasets and outputs.
What you'll need:
- 4+ years of related experience.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Experience using MySQL and Salesforce to store, sort, and analyze data preferred.
- Working knowledge of file types, data structure, and relational databases Intermediate experience with data analysis and research.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
- Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems preferred.
- Experience with data entry, modeling, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
