SimIS Inc seeks an innovative Data Management Specialist to revolutionize our information management processes. This role combines SharePoint expertise with RPA capabilities to create efficient, automated workflows that enhance mission effectiveness. The ideal candidate will optimize document control systems, implement automated solutions, and ensure seamless information flow across platforms.
Key focuses include:
Designing and implementing automated workflow solutions
Managing SharePoint and TFSMS environments
Implementing configuration control procedures
Building data analytics and reporting solutions
Developing efficient knowledge management systems
Supporting the creation of RPA solutions for routine processes

Job Description:
SimIS Inc seeks an innovative Data Management Specialist to revolutionize our information management processes. This role combines SharePoint expertise with RPA capabilities to create efficient, automated workflows that enhance mission effectiveness. The ideal candidate will optimize document control systems, implement automated solutions, and ensure seamless information flow across platforms.
Key focuses include:
Designing and implementing automated workflow solutions
Managing SharePoint and TFSMS environments
Implementing configuration control procedures
Building data analytics and reporting solutions
Developing efficient knowledge management systems
Supporting the creation of RPA solutions for routine processes
Experience Required:
- Five (5) years of SharePoint administration experience required
- Two (2) years of Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) administration experience
- Two (2) years of specific experience in the following is heavily desired:
- Configuration management systems
- Documentation control systems
- Process automation design
- Workflow optimization
- Data analytics and reporting
- RPA development and implementation
- At least three (3) years served as part of a government team supporting the USMC.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- SharePoint administration certification preferred
- RPA development knowledge to support emergent requirements
- Strong understanding of configuration management
- Proven leadership experience
- Active SECRET clearance
